Serial Null Modem Cable, DB9 Female to Female

This null modem cable connects two RS232 serial devices or computers with DB9 ports, using a DTE-to-DTE crossover wiring configuration. It works with file transfer software included with MS-DOS and Windows, as well as Laplink software, for direct file transfers between two PCs.

The cable features matched impedance conductors and a PVC jacket for reliable signal transfer. Molded connector ends include thumbscrews for a secure connection, and the inner hood is soldered 360 degrees to the connector for full end-to-end shielding.
