IR Remote Control Repeater Kit for 12 Devices, Dual Frequency

This IR remote control repeater kit lets you hide entertainment components like cable boxes, satellite receivers, Blu-ray players, and stereo receivers out of sight while still operating them with your existing remotes. It works by picking up the infrared signal from a remote control and relaying it to an IR receiver placed near the hidden device, so equipment can be tucked into a cabinet, closet, or another room entirely.

The dual-frequency design extends compatibility across a wide range of consumer electronics that rely on standard IR remotes, including cable and satellite receivers, DVD and Blu-ray players, CD players, and audio/video amplifiers. It’s also useful for sharing a single source device, such as a Blu-ray player, between two separate rooms.

• Controls up to 12 IR-based audio/video devices
• Dual-frequency IR distribution for broad device compatibility
• Works with existing remote controls – no reprogramming needed
• Lets you conceal or relocate bulky components out of view
• Compatible with most set-top boxes, DVRs, and media players that use IR remotes
