1/4″ TRS Female to 3.5mm TRS Male Stereo Adapter

This adapter converts a 1/4 inch (6.35mm) stereo TRS female connector to a 3.5mm (1/8 inch) stereo TRS male plug. It lets you connect standard stereo cables, such as those used with headphones or audio equipment, to devices that accept the smaller 3.5mm jack size.

Before use, check the black bands on your existing 1/4 inch male connector. Two bands indicate a TRS (stereo) connector, which is compatible with this adapter. One band means a mono (TS) connector, and three bands indicate a TRRS connector used for microphone-equipped devices – neither of these will work correctly with this adapter.
