This surface mount wallplate provides six blank keystone slots, letting you build a custom port configuration for network, video, or audio connections. It works with any keystone insert that follows the NEMA keystone standard, including CAT5, CAT6, RCA, Speaker, and RG6 modules (inserts sold separately).

Unlike a standard flush-mount plate, this unit surface-mounts directly onto a wall or other flat surface, making it a practical option when running cable through a wall isn’t possible. Mounting hardware and adhesive pads are included for flexible installation.
