This self-solder connector is used to build or repair mono 3.5mm audio cables that require two conductors (audio plus ground). It’s a female TS plug designed for DIY cable assembly, so you can create custom lengths or replace a damaged connector on an existing cable.
The connector includes a strain relief molding to reduce wear at the cable entry point and a nickel-plated contact for reliable signal transfer. Wire terminals are soldered by the user; solder is not included.
