This HDMI audio extractor pulls digital and analog audio from an HDMI source while passing the video signal through to a display. It supports 4K x 2K resolution at 60Hz, HDR, 3D, and HDMI ARC, making it suitable for connecting modern HDMI sources to a TV or receiver while routing sound to separate audio equipment.
The unit accepts one HDMI or MHL input and outputs to HDMI, Toslink/SPDIF optical, and 3.5mm stereo audio simultaneously. ARC support allows audio to be returned from a TV back to a connected receiver, and a 3.5mm to RCA adapter is included for connecting to equipment that uses RCA audio inputs.
