Snap-On Ferrite Core for VGA, HDMI, DVI Cables (24-28AWG)

Price range: $3.05 through $3.21

  • Snap-on design, no soldering or disassembly required
  • Reduces electromagnetic interference and signal errors
  • Fits most 24, 26, and 28 AWG VGA, DVI, and HDMI cables
SKU: N/A Category:

This snap-on ferrite core clips around a cable to reduce electromagnetic interference and improve signal quality on VGA, HDMI, and DVI connections. Unlike the bulky ferrite chokes molded directly onto some factory cables, this compact clip-on design stays out of the way in tight, side-by-side port arrangements while still absorbing signal noise effectively.

It is designed to fit most 24, 26, and 28 AWG cables. Most cable runs require two ferrite cores – one near each end of the cable – for full effectiveness, so plan to order accordingly. This ferrite core is offered in multiple inner diameters to match different cable jacket sizes; select the size that fits snugly around your specific cable.

Note: if pairing this with an extreme-duty 24 AWG HDMI cable that uses a thicker net jacket, that jacket typically brings the effective diameter up to 22 AWG equivalent, so choose the ferrite core sized for 22 AWG cables instead of the standard 24 AWG option.

  • Snap-on design, no soldering or disassembly required
  • Reduces electromagnetic interference and signal errors
  • Fits most 24, 26, and 28 AWG VGA, DVI, and HDMI cables
  • Available in multiple inner diameters
  • Two units typically recommended per cable
